What is an Inner Voice session?

An Inner Voice session is a transformative 1-2 hour experience that connects you with the deepest part of your being—the part that knows your truth, holds your wisdom, and guides you with clarity. During the session, I create a safe, supportive space for you to surrender to your Inner Voice, letting it reveal to you what you most need to hear. I’m just the space holder for you to arrive at your own answers.

This process can feel like a powerful reset for your soul. Some of my clients describe it as “life-changing” and “soul-expanding,” often likening the experience to the clarity of plant medicine—yet entirely sober and natural. With just breath and focused awareness, you’ll be gently guided to explore blockages, release what no longer serves you, and uncover the wisdom that’s always right there inside you.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a deeper connection to your true self, these sessions allow you to step into your next chapter feeling lighter, freer, and more aligned.

 

How It Works

  • Duration: Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the session booked

  • Format: Virtual and video off, through your phone

  • Experience: Using a combination of simple breathwork and focused awareness, I’ll guide you into a calm, receptive state where you can clearly hear your Inner Voice. From there, I’ll ask gentle, intentional questions and hold space for you to speak freely as your Inner Voice, without interference from the mind’s thoughts or daily worries.

 

Pricing

I believe in making this transformative work accessible to everyone. Choose the pricing option that feels right for you and we’ll make the time count:

  • 2 hours for $222 (If you can afford this, I recommend this length, especially if you are new to Inner Voice work.)

  • 90 minutes for $155

  • 60 minutes for $111

  • 30 minutes for $55

Hi! I’m Amber.

With years of experience guiding people into their Inner Voice, I’ve developed a way of holding space that’s lighthearted, non-judgmental, and profoundly transformative. Trained as an Inner Voice Facilitator by Bella Lively in 2020, I’ve used Inner Voice work to help myself and others navigate some of life’s biggest decisions—whether it’s quitting a job, moving to a new place, navigating complex relationships, and so much more. Personally, accessing my Inner Voice has given me the clarity, courage, and confidence to align with my true self, and it brings me great joy to help others do the same.

I know firsthand how powerful it is to trust your inner guidance. Developing this connection has been the most transformative gift I’ve given myself, and now I’m here to help you experience the same. Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect during an Inner Voice session?

I’ll guide you into your Inner Voice through deep breathing and focused awareness on the area of your body where you've connected with intuition or a gut feeling before. From there, the session will unfold according to what your Inner Voice wants to explore. It knows you—and the stressors of your mind—better than I ever could. My role is simply to ask the right questions based on what your Inner Voice reveals.

What if I’ve never heard my Inner Voice before and doubt that I even have one?

You are a living, breathing human being, and your Inner Voice is always there, even if you’ve never explicitly connected with it before. If you haven't heard it or felt it yet, it's likely because your mind is crowded with thoughts or there are emotions blocking the connection and needing space to be felt and released first. During our session, I’ll guide you past the noise of the mind and through those emotional blocks, creating the space for your Inner Voice to be heard. The reason I suggest booking a two-hour session if finances allow is so that there’s plenty of time to go deep and truly connect.

Why should I pay money to connect to myself?

Your connection to your Inner Voice is always available to you, and you don’t necessarily need an Inner Voice Facilitator to access its wisdom. However, if you’ve yet to strengthen this connection or need support in doing so, that’s where I come in. My role as a Facilitator is to introduce you to this connection and hold space as you explore it, asking the questions your mind has (I’ll gather those in advance of the session). Even with a strong connection to my own Inner Voice, I still seek out sessions with other Facilitators because there’s nothing like allowing the mind to fully shut off for an hour or two so I can fully be in and speak from my Inner Voice while someone else takes care of making sure all of my mind’s questions are answered.
